CHC acquired Correctional Healthcare Management, Inc. (CHM) in June 2006. Health Professionals, Ltd. (HPL) became a subsidiary of CHC in March 2007. CHC continued its advancement in the correctional healthcare industry with the November 2009 merger of SecureCare, Inc. (SCI), a Michigan based correctional healthcare company.
Together, CHM, HPL and SCI have consolidated their “best practices” to provide a highly effective and cost-efficient program to their current clients in 23 states across the country.
Our services include staffing and management, onsite medical services, behavioral health services, chronic care clinics, utilization management, emergency services, receiving screenings, health assessments, substance abuse services, pharmacy management, laboratory and radiology services, dental services, crisis intervention, reintegration programs and detoxification programs.
