Shelly Justice

Ms. Shelly Justice has been the Vice President of Finance for CHC since 2007. Ms. Justice draws on pervasive senior level management experience to oversee all facets of CHC’s financial operations.

Prior to joining CHC, Ms. Justice worked to improve the operational and financial processes for many large healthcare companies with multiple entities and multi-million dollar revenues. She has served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Kelson Physician Partners, Inc., Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of HMS Healthcare, Inc. and Accounting Manager at MD Network LP.

Ms. Justice is a certified public accountant in the State of Colorado and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Women Accountants and Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Ms. Justice earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver and her master’s of business administration degree from the University of Phoenix in Denver.
