Richard Hegstad

Mr. Richard Hegstad has served as Vice President of Human Resources at CHC since April 2007. Mr. Hegstad oversees all HR functions for CHC and its more than 1,200 employees including the acquisition and retention of the finest talent in the healthcare field.

With a human resources career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Hegstad has performed and perfected HR responsibilities for both large and small healthcare companies. Prior to joining CHC, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Healthtalent, Director of Human Resources for Radiology Imaging Associates/Invision, Vice President of Human Resources for HMS Healthcare, Inc. and Director of Human Resources for Porter and Littleton Adventist Hospital.

Mr. Hegstad has also acted as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Sloans Lake Management Corp.; Vice President of Human Resources for Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY; Director of Human Resources for Rocky Mountain Healthcare; Director of Human Resources at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles, CA; and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Porter Memorial Hospital in Denver, CO.

Mr. Hegstad earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Walla Walla College in Walla Walla, WA.
