We offer a wide range of services performed onsite including receiving screenings, inmate health assessments, the treatment of communicable diseases and staff testing. We pride ourselves in our ability to cover a facility’s healthcare needs from every angle.
Physician & Nursing Staff
At facilities we serve, we build a well-qualified team of medical professionals with extensive experience in surgery, oncology, OB/GYN, family practice, nursing and more. Onsite physicians and nurses oversee all medical areas to ensure the highest quality of care.
Behavioral Health Services
A successful behavioral health services program is critical for every facility. We are a leading private provider of behavioral health services for both adult and juvenile populations.
Dental Services
We ensure that all inmates receive appropriate dental care and education to prevent future dental issues. All procedures are performed under the direction or supervision of a dentist and adhere to the American Dental Association’s clinical guidelines.
Pharmaceutical Services
Pharmaceutical services are provided only upon order of a physician, dentist or other authorized person and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Medications are primarily prescribed from a preferred medication list established on a criterion of evidence based effectiveness, safety and cost.
Off-site Patient Care
While it is our primary responsibility to provide preventive, proactive onsite medical care, there are often complex cases that require off-site medical attention. In such a case, we will use an area hospital for the procedure and perform consultations and follow-up discussions to ensure the quality and timeliness of medical care.
Emergency Services
Our onsite staff is trained to provide immediate response and proper emergency medical procedures for inmates as well as for employees, volunteers and visitors who may become seriously ill or injured onsite. We also provide physician and nurse 24-hour telephone on-call coverage to address any possible emergency situation.
