CHC’s products and services have been developed with our correctional customers in mind. Our policies and procedures were designed to fully comply with standards developed by the American Correctional Association (ACA) and National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC). Additionally, CHC recognizes that written procedures are not enough to ensure compliance and quality healthcare.
CHC employs over 2,500 individuals with extensive experience in various disciplines including: corrections, managed care, healthcare, compliance, risk management and law. CHC's staff brings the necessary professional experience to the correctional environment to complement these protocols. This combination of experience and procedure, along with CHC's training, oversight, and quality assurance program, provides the foundation of service that, by its very design, helps control risk to the facility.
